Panda is a 44-pound boy who came to the shelter after spending most of his life tethered outside at his previous home. Because he wasn’t given much opportunity to explore the world or be socialized, the shelter environment is very overwhelming for him right now. Despite his nerves, Panda is a gentle and sweet pup who clearly loves human affection and enjoys quiet moments with people who are kind and patient. He would do best in a calm, understanding home where he can slowly build confidence and learn that the world can be a safe and loving place.
