Hi there! I am Alex, a 49 pound social girl with a soft blue coat and a beautiful white flash on my chest. I originally came to the shelter as a stray, so while my past history is a bit of a mystery, I am completely focused on finding my new forever friend. I absolutely love being leashed because I know it means we are heading out for a walk, though I will need just a little bit of patience as I learn to stay calm since I tend to get a little over-excited when we are moving. I like treats very much, and I am currently learning how to take them more gently like a truly polite girl. If you are looking for a new companion who will be completely loyal to you until the very end, I am definitely your girl.
